These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ApplyFast's website, web application, Chrome extension, mobile application, email notifications, API, and MCP server (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your password, sessions, API keys, and connected clients, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and credentials.
ApplyFast is an AI-assisted job search and matching service. It can import a LinkedIn profile at your direction, collect your job preferences through onboarding, monitor job sources, create job alerts, filter and rank postings, provide AI-generated scores and explanations, and deliver matches through supported clients and email digests. Current job sources may include LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse.
ApplyFast does not apply for jobs on your behalf, act as an employer or employment agency, make hiring decisions, or promise interviews, offers, or employment. You decide whether and how to contact or apply to an employer.
You retain your rights in information you submit to the Service. You grant ApplyFast a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the information and request its processing, including when you ask us to import a LinkedIn profile.
You are responsible for reviewing your profile, preferences, requirements, connected clients, and job applications for accuracy. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Job postings and employer information come from third-party and public sources. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, expired, changed, or removed without notice. ApplyFast is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, or the employers shown unless expressly stated.
The Service links to third-party websites and uses third-party services such as Google, Apify, Stripe, and external AI model providers. Your use of a third-party site, app, MCP client, or service may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
AI-generated scores, summaries, explanations, requirement checks, interview questions, and recommendations may contain errors or reflect incomplete source data. They are provided for informational purposes and are not professional, legal, career, or employment advice. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for an important decision. You should verify job details directly with the employer or source.
A cloud AI job score generally consumes one token. Tokens are a limited license to use eligible Service features. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are not a bank account, stored-value account, or cryptocurrency. We may correct token balances affected by errors, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.
Prices, currency, taxes, and token quantities are shown at checkout. Tokens from a completed one-time purchase do not expire while your account and the Service remain available. Except as required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed token purchases are final and non-refundable.
A subscription automatically renews and Stripe charges the saved payment method each billing period until canceled. The token allotment and price shown at checkout apply. Subscription tokens are reset to the applicable allotment at renewal rather than accumulated, and remain usable only while the subscription is active or through an already-paid period. You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Stripe processes payments and may require additional billing information. We may change prices or plans prospectively, with notice where required. Failed or reversed payments may result in restricted access, paused scoring, a negative balance correction, or suspension. Cancel any active subscription in the billing portal before deleting your ApplyFast account.
API and MCP access is subject to authentication, rate limits, and any documentation or technical restrictions we publish. Keep API keys confidential and revoke them if exposed. When you authorize an MCP or other client, that client may access and act on information available within the granted connection. You are responsible for selecting, configuring, supervising, and revoking third-party clients.
The Chrome extension is also subject to applicable Chrome Web Store terms, and mobile distribution may be subject to the terms of the applicable app store. Updates may install automatically. Continued use of an updated client remains subject to these Terms.
You may not:
ApplyFast and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, excluding your information and third-party job content. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal job-search purposes.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about ApplyFast, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
ApplyFast is currently offered in beta. We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, sources, clients, models, limits, or the Service itself. Background searches, third-party integrations, notifications, and real-time updates may be delayed or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or continued availability of any particular job source, feature, or integration.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion is available through supported account settings or by contacting us. You remain responsible for canceling any active subscription before deleting your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that may harm users, third parties, or the Service. On termination, your license ends and unused tokens are forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." ApplyFast disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant that job postings, AI output, matches, notifications, or third-party services will be accurate, complete, timely, safe, or suitable for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyFast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, employment opportunities, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service. ApplyFast's total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ApplyFast during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree to a revision, stop using the Service.
